Easy in and out. It’s loud at night because of the airport right behind. But the sites are clean and level as is the whole campground. The office staff and alll we had contact with were really nice! Love the updated office also!

Nice smaller KOA. Very Nice staff, clean restrooms with plenty of hot water. The wifi worked perfectly.

Nice flat facility with nice amenities. Great attentive Staff and a very nice store. BUT, the International Airport Take Offs and a BSNF Freight Train Depot is very near! Jets until Midnight (I think) and Freight Train Engineers blown their Horns every 2-hours around the Clock makes it very tough to sleep and my Service Dog alerted every time. Unpleasant to be sure!!

This was not my first stay at this campground, and I go back every time I find myself in Amarillo. It’s consistently clean and very well kept. The people are friendly and helpful. It is easy to maneuver throughout; hookups are within easy reach. There are some fun choices in shirts and other keepsakes in the store also! I’ll be back again!

Very nice campground and facilities. During our stay, Amarillo experienced a wind storm with wind speeds of 60-75 mph. Needless to say it was rocking our RV. The staff allowed us to moved to a more sheltered site even though it was a pull thru. Well organized. When we arrived had a staff member lead us to our site.

We have been staying there for many years and have watched it decline. They have not made any improvements. We will be staying elsewhere going forward when we visit Amarillo.

Parking lot, gravel and dust. Good for a one nighter only. Pool was closed when we were there, *off season. Great little store, awesome staff!! Fun Metal Art to see.

We spent 3 nights, and other than the train whistles, it was a good stay. It’s off-season, so not many campers. The staff was super friendly. Escorted us to our site and even helped direct us backing in, which was great since we arrived after dark. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, private & spacious. The on-site store was well stocked and reasonably priced.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Store was beautifully played out and stocked very well. The whole facility was clean and inviting. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Finally after three KOA stays I got a sniff of WiFi but it was not reliable for the basic use of email and it reminded me of the old dial up, but the park was worth the stay and I will go there again

I stayed 3 days there in the middle of a snow storm . The folks there couldn't have been nicer internet works pretty good I'd stay here again

I only spent 10 hours there on my way home from AZ but never slept because of nearby trains every 15 minutes, blowing their whistles at 2 crossings. I googled it in the morning and Amarillo has 100+ trains per day, and it seems every one runs within a quarter mile of the KOA. No fault of the KOA but I would never stay there again.

Arrived after hours and found our site easily. Appreciated that they didn’t put us next to other rv’s. With that said, they weren’t busy so they had room. The dog park was too small for our medium size dog. They have room to add a dog park that’s larger. Park is dimly lit at night I would stay there again

Stay was just ok, park is OK, however their internet is not. When we inquired why we couldn't connect the gal at the office replied "well I am on the internet but I can give you the providers number and you can call and complain to them ". Bad internet is not the reason for the rating it was the customer service. Stayed somewhere else on return.

Pulled in late afternoon needed a spot for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and hot water. Site was by the dog run but people were respectful of the fact that we were there. Site was easy to find and love the fact that they let us sleep in our car.
