We have stayed here before & have had good experiences in the past. We arrived on the 1st night after the office had closed but followed the procedure to register. Because of a mix up on the sheet indicating what sites were tent sites, we stayed on one that had become a pop-up site. We had no way of knowing. The office workers were helpful, although a worker had to say something twice later on

Easy check in. Very remote campsite despite it being around a big city. Easy to find with GPS. Cabin and bathroom were really clean.

Excellent service, beautiful campsite with a nice view to the creek. Campground was extremely clean and my dogs loved the K9 park.

My brother died and I had to leave early morning. I'm sure all your cameras could see me leaving. Talked to Nettie working at office in the morning to as for refund for the next night and she said surely. Never got a refund and the campgrounds in the small cabins were all empty just me. My heart was broken and then you broke it again.

Easy check in, very cordial staff, and they were attentive. Nice pool, arcade and the camp store is well stocked! Pet friendly too! We will definitely be returning to stay again!

Nice campground. Clean site and everyone was very friendly. There were not a lot of activities planned for the holiday weekend. They only had bingo. Other campgrounds have had many more activities, such as arts and crafts, dances and tournaments (horseshoes and corn hole etc...) Our site was right along the creek and was very nice.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This isn't true. We had many more activities than just bingo. We cancelled arts and crafts on Saturday because the person running that activity broke her arm on Friday night.

One night, on our way to Maine for our first Summer vacay, since Yellowstone 2018! Great stay, and site! But the “No Alcohol” policy? Why, we all need to live in the 21st Century?

I love KOA parks! This one had a fun creek behind us that we enjoyed during our stay. The park was laid out in an oval so everything nearby, clean and well maintained. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the campground and enjoyed our stay. It was very obvious that the owners and staff take pride in taking such good care of the campground. Now it we could have controlled the flys, it would have really been terrific! Thanks.

Very nice with very good accommodations. Friendly staff. Exactly what you expect to find at a KOA. Sites are a little tight and there were a tremendous amount of flies while we were there but that comes with camping sometimes...no real apparent reason for the flies...just was.

Our campsite was right next to the creek, which you could continuously hear the water trickling down. It created a peaceful & relaxing environment. The area provides an environment in which you are secluded in nature with stores located closely so everything you would need is within close proximity.

The campground is easy to access and the game room/office/bathrooms were nice. Some of the amenities like mini-golf were a bit beat up but it was free. The biggest drawback was our site by the creek. It rained very hard the first night there and our site had very little stone, meaning that we basically parked in a mud pit. Lots of dirt throughout the camper. Was still wet and muddy by day 2.

The website said the tent pad was grass and it was mulch. The tent pad was elevated and too small to fit our tent so our tent was hanging off the edge by 2 feet and could not be properly used. Playground was tiny. Bathrooms were disgusting. Pool was freezing. There were an over abundance of flies everywhere, even by the pool. We bought firewood and it was wet so it was impossible to start a fire.

My family of 6 stayed at KOA of Allentown for a quick 2 night camping trip. The kids enjoyed the activities and swimming pool. We had a relaxing time. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. We will return again, thanks!

June 21- 24, tent site 38 nice location, water & elec convenient; forested, wildlife, cool grey snakes, nice burbling stream, NO fish; good hiking trail, steep, peaceful, top “lookout” has NO view. Tires & junk dumped beginning of trail in a water gully is depressing start to the hike…WHY? 7:30AM too early for grounds maintenance noise, abundant flies & sewer odor after heavy rain. Nice s

we ended up with a group tent site because that is all that was left - but it worked out great! lots of space, privacy and beauty with the stream right there. and hiking trail next to our site. would definitely go back!

I feel i had the worst site in the park. was on an uphill slope with tree roots. been there three times and i always get the same site. I booked on line before the park opened in the spring in hopes to get a level site, but did not happen.

The staff was helpful and the camp was well kept up! We stayed for three weeks and it rained a lot. My only complaint was the mud at our camp site. Could use some updating of the sites by the creek.

We love Allentown KOA, it’s close enough to home but far enough for a enjoyable weekend away. The kids enjoyed the crafts,hayride and candy bingo.

This was our first, ever, night in a camp ground with a rented Class B RV. A KOA was chosen because of the long standing excellent reputation. The camp store was excellent, and the staff super helpful.
