Camping on gravel next to highway and trail park. Felt like camping downtown. Staff was friendly.

Great place to spend the night. Very clean and quiet. The only suggestion is that the cabin needs an additional electric outlet. The only plugs were taken for the TV, A/C, and heater. The heater was plugged in right next to bed, so when we moved it over, the cord became a “trip” hazard and we had to cover the cord with a rug. More electrical outlets needed so that guests can charge phones/devi

We had an extremely negative experience with one KOA employee who repeatedly harassed us. We were an hour late to check out of our cabin because my friend was having a medical emergency. The employee was not only unhelpful, she seemed not to believe us and then told us we couldn’t even sit at the pavillion after our check out time. She also followed my friend into the bathroom and watched her.

Was great... Arrived at 10 pm left at 7:30 AM. I have two well behaved dogs which makes a nice convenient place to stay. Unfortunately the KOA Journey In Bernililio has changed their policy in regards to dogs as tried to book I'm January 23 and they said can't have DOGS. So dog lovers don't waste you time here find a local Air BnBto support.

Stayed in a "Kabin" Everything at this KOA is very clean and in order. I plan to stay here again.

Always a pleasure to stay at this KOA. Always clean! The grounds looked better than I have ever seen, vacant sites looked as if they had just been raked! Kudos for the campers (and the staff) when they clean up after their pets! the dog relief areas were also kept clean! Bathroom(s) continued to show improvement, both safety and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Keep up the good work!

Nice grounds and cabins. Staff very frym. The only concern was the super strong fumes from cleaning chemicals in the cabin ...I had a headband felt it in my nose so had to leave the window open all night. That cannot be healthy for humans and pets. So I wanted to stay again but that kept me from reserving again.

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
