One of the best kept campgrounds we've ever had the pleasure of staying at.. Adding that to the area and location = 5 STARS

One overnight stay while traveling through Albuquerque. The people in the front office were not too friendly. The bathrooms were clean. It has a nice dog park. There were mostly long-term campers at this time (March 2023) Site was clean and spacious enough. The fake green grass was nice at the sites. The KOA itself was in a depressed area of town but I had no difficulties.

only needed an overnight stay as we were headed home from a winter away. We got in to a pull-thru site, had everything we needed. Nice and quiet. left early the next morning.

They have amazing attention to detail at this KOA. Sites were freshly raked, no trash, nice artificial turf areas for the picnic tables. A great place for an overnight stay.

Arrived after dark, and our packet with all info was waiting for us in the after hours box, with the map highlighted to show us the way to our site. Saw some staff the next morning before we left and all were friendly and helpful. Restrooms very clean, probably the best I’ve seen.

My main issue was my inability over 3 nights to access wi-Fi at anytime. Was told the issue was others streaming movies and such but I could not get on at 3am or at 5am. Was not my devices as my traveling companions had the same issue. One reason I stay at KOAs is access to reliable Wi-Fi. Disappointing

This was our weekend getaway place. However, after this weekend we won’t be back. We even canceled our reservation for this coming weekend. The office staff was ok but the men in the golf karts were down right rude and mean. We weee in jam due to our battery dying and small space we were in. Instead of being kind and offering to help (the Koa way) we were yelled at. We needed help

Staff were friendly and helpful. Park was clean and well maintained. Shower was clean with lots of hot water.

Rude men driving around on golf carts, yelling at you for going over 5mph as they speed away doing 20mph. A worker backed another guest into my truck. No apology. All you hear is curse words from the men as they “Work”. Horrible place for dog owners. It is quiet, aside from the train and brewery, oh and the neighborhood dogs that always bark.

Location is close to burn Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Easy access to shopping for necessities. The campground is very clean and well-maintained. It was always busy! The staff are friendly and helpful. There are 2 lovely dog parks for our pup to enjoy.

Good location right off I-25 just north of Albuquerque. Sites are close together, but campground is clean and staff was nice. There is a brewery within walking distance. My only complaint is that they have a few grassy areas amidst all the dirt, but they are ALL posted "no pets." Having one area with grass where dogs are allowed would be nice.

Always nice here. We stop halfway in our journey from Az to Co multiple times per year. Reliable and professionally operated. Trash truck always wakes us up early for a fresh start… Take care. Gary

Arrived at 6:15 and the office was closed, found my spot easily though. I chose this KOA as eviews said the WiFi was good, after being on BLM land for nearly a week I needed to be able to reconnect and get work done. I finally found an employee around 7:00 that gave me the WiFi password, The password worked but the wifi had no data on any of my devices, I had to leave my site and get a hotel.

We enjoyed Bennalillo KOA. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and quiet. Spaces are close but normal for KOA. We enjoyed having a beer at the local Kactus brewery next to the campground and found the Albertsons grocery in Benalillo to be a super nice. We spend one day in Santa Fe that is just a 40 min drive. Would recommend adding washer/dryer as they busy.

Camping on gravel next to highway and trail park. Felt like camping downtown. Staff was friendly.

Such beautiful bathrooms, so clean and updated. Nice level sites. Loved the brewery behind the green gate.

Staff was super friendly. Facility was older but very well kept. There is a great little brewery next door that was a great recommendation from the staff.

Foremost, the staff is super nice & accomodating/helpful. We had to change our stay date twice, which they happily did at no charge. The park is small/simple. The reason for my rating:: our toy hauler 43.5', & imo the park access roads are not accomodating to this length.(we had to have 2 neighbors move trucks just to be able to pull-out). Plus, the pull thru sites are just small/narrow.

Great place to spend the night. Very clean and quiet. The only suggestion is that the cabin needs an additional electric outlet. The only plugs were taken for the TV, A/C, and heater. The heater was plugged in right next to bed, so when we moved it over, the cord became a “trip” hazard and we had to cover the cord with a rug. More electrical outlets needed so that guests can charge phones/devi

No wifi, no indoor club house , half of the washers and dryers were not functioning ….. all of these things are the reason we pick KOA Do not waste your money here!!!

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!
