Quiet campground with friendly staff. Nice grassy and sites just need a little more gravel and leveling but not too bad.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! 2 small gripes that are easy to fix. 1st, the dump station is pitched with the RV rig nose down. This made it impossible to completely drain my tanks. 2nd, the dump station hose lacked a hose end to attach the hose to the tank flush. There was no working hose bib to attach my own hose to either. Both easy fixes. Everything else about the park great!

This KOA was in horrible shape. The swimming pool wasn’t usable, the game room was very dirty and being used as storage, the WiFi didn’t work at all. There was no sewer hookup. We were disappointed to find a KOA in such terrible condition.

Great staff to greet us and share info. Suggested a more expensive camp spot we might like better...we did! Nice patios, beautiful view of the corn field, quiet and restful for a 1 night stop.

Really nice but bathrooms are alittle wonky think they are working on remodeling (at least I hope so) the waterpipes are hoses which are strange

We had a good two night stay at the Albert Lea/Austin KOA as we trekked across Minnesota on I-90. Our pull thru patio site was nice and all the hook ups worked well. Surprisingly, how close the campground is to the interstate the noise was minimal. We would look to stay here again if our travels bring us this way.

Spots were pretty level but ours was lower than the sewer hook up, black tanks don't drain uphill. Flies, Bitting flies, couldn't tell if they were baby horse flies or deer flies but they were really bad at our spot during our two days. Hosts were great really pleasant and helpful. Do recommend this koa.

It had a good shower it had a new building 2 but didn't put a lot of effort in everything was kind of dirty. It really needs to be paved

Level flat site so I didn't have to unhook my trailer for an overnight stay. Guy on the golf cart was friendly who showed us to our site after the office was closed.

Met the new owner and he is extremely nice and accommodating. There are lots of improvements in the park since we last stayed there in 2019 and plans for even more improvements. Very nice experience in a lovely park Nice to meet the owner who made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend

Always friendly staff. Well maintained campground. We stop here every year on our trip through MN and WI to visit family. We saw this time it appeared that there are more permanent sites than in past but still many open sites available. Nice dog park for the furry friends also.

Staff was very friendly and grounds were well groomed! I forgot my coffee maker at home (believe it or not) and the last one they had for sale was mine!! I will stay here again when passing through for sure!

This KOA is a gem. Nice mature trees, conveniently located just off I90 within minutes of Albert Lea and Austin. The owner, Brian, is very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate combining our 2 reservations so we wouldn't have to move to another site. He is passionate about his campground and has plans to make improvements through expansion and enhancements. Don't hesitate to stay here.

We were just there for a quick one night stay while crossing the country. The Campground is very tidy and quiet. Well maintained. The staff is friendly and accomodating. We both grew up near rail road tracks and we enjoyed hearing trains off in the distance. Nice place nice people

Just had a quick overnight stay but the facilities were clean and nice. The staff we spoke with and the manager or owner we talked to were all very kind and helpful.

It was only for one night. Thought the staff/owner were nice and helpful. Space between campers was appropriate. Nice to have a pull through.

Stayed overnight on our way west. Didn't use any amenities so no opinion on them. My complaint is the roads were very dusty and we were in the first site entering the campground and people entering were going 25 mph or more stirring up so much dust we couldn't sit outside. Worst offenders were bunch of pipe layers as employee called them. They clearly didn't care. I guess $$$ is king.

The campground was OK , but it was full and only 3 shower stalls (1 was closed for renovations). Electrical service was only a 30 amp plug and I couldn't run an extension cord to my little teardrop camper to fill an air mattress, charge my phone, or run a tablet. Most places I've stayed had 30 amp and regular plugs for an extension cord.

The men's shower/restroom was nice. The grounds were not very well maintained. Sticks, leaves, weeds, rocky sites, etc. The old pool should either be removed or restored. (It is a cesspool as is. Lawn furniture and garbage are floating in it, etc.) Hopefully, the new owners will refresh the whole campground.

Everyone was friendly and the campground and facilities were excellent. The only complaint is the wifi did not work. Probably not because of the campground but that it is located in rural Minnesota so internet services are inadequate.

We arrived later at night and owner stayed open late to check us in. That was very appreciated. It was also Friday of Memorial Day weekend and they were very crowded. Shower house was nice but quite messy, it was expected with crowd and time. My only problem was the 30 amp hookup was loose and needed replacement. I had to wiggle circuit breaker to it to connect, and it disconnected over night.

Close off of I35. We like stopping here on of way to Minnesota. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of space.

Unfortunately we arrived after dark so we were unable to use the amenities, but it was a great stay. They left us a map that clearly directed us to our site which was easy to navigate & rather spacious.

Great stop. Friendly owners, always making improvements. All trimmed up, clean bathrooms. Great view . Lots of trees and grass walking areas for dogs!
