Beautiful campground. Lots of trees,good amount of space between campsites. Needs a little love. Some back-flow preventers were missing some lights were broken on the posts. Pool closed. Great for a night stay.

Great location close to the 1800 town and ordered the chicken Parmesan for supper it was delicious and delivered to our site nice and hot and enough for two meals Thank you

It was a nice campground. We stayed one week with just water and electric, but they came on Thursday to pump us out. No pool, so it was mostly adults. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well maintained. We like to bike but there were no trails off the campground. However, the state park is not far from the campground and the bike trails are great…going through rolling farmland

The only downside was their pool is broke and they have been waiting on parts so it has become overgrown & is being used as a storage/brush collection site. Otherwise, the staff is very pleasant to work with & the rest of the campground is well maintained!

The pool advertisement was misleading. The site was spacious and the firewood excellent, as well as site delivery! Did not use bathrooms so can't comment on that.

Sorry you thought there was a pool. We don't advertise a pool. The pool was condemned by the State last year. We are filling in the pool and looking into options for the future. Some non KOA websites have old pictures of the pool but I can't get them removed.

Everything about this place was amazing for us!!! There is a beautiful tree lined drive into the place and surrounded by soybeans and corn fields with an awesome nature trail that winds its way through manicured grass. They had a little bistro inside and a great laundry. I can't speak to the facilities for kids, as I am traveling only with another adult. Really nice, great owners!

we were there only one night on our way to Sturgis SD. This campground was very clean with a great site. No pool looked to be filled with junk

This was a great campground for our 2 day visit to the Austin area. It was conveniently located right off of I-90, and the campsites were pull-through, very easy to set up, level campsites, nicely spaced from the neighboring sites. Ours was on the very end and very private. The bathroom and showers were clean and spacious, with lots of hot water. The campground staff was friendly and helpful.

It was ok at best. The shower was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest (hair all over). The futon was almost falling apart and the cabin smelled awful. The deck had 2 exposed screws and was generally in poor shape. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall the general state of the cabin was very poor but the people were nice.

Thanks for a restful night. I was also want to say thanks for ensuring our Motorhome was not blocked in which would have resulted in a delayed departure due to the vehicles blocking the road between the pull through sites

Great little park, close to I90. We only stayed one night on our travel home from the west. Our site was within earshot of the highway, but was tolerable, and when inside our camper, we couldn't hear the traffic. The owner and employees are very friendly. The park was clean and very peaceful.

Grounds are great....only issue is with WiFi connection. With people on the road and at times needing to connect to work it is essential to have a good connection. If it cannot be provided it should be stated somewhere on the website that the signals are weak.

Thanks for the comments. We do have a statement under information about our campground. We only have access to DSL service, so it is limited. We are hoping Fiber will be available next year in the area. Our campground is located in a rural area where we are limited on our wifi service.

Stayed in our pop up tent the only negative was we were in a spot right under a street light so it was very very bright after the sun dipped down

Sorry about that. You requested a tent site with power which is by the power pole and light. Many like it because it is lighted and close to the bathrooms.

Nice setting, quiet, big shade trees, pretty level pull-thru sites. Laundry on site but did not use. Camp store has nice assortment of items. Staff friendly & helpful. This was our second visit & would stay again.

We were only there for 1 night so we didn't get to see the whole thing, but the grounds were beautiful!!! Green grass, the walking trail, and a spot long enough for our 75' of bus and trailer. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Probably the warmest stay ever! Great owners beautiful grounds. And very dog friendly if owners don’t abuse the grounds with their dogs. Hope to be there again soon!

Close off of I35. We like stopping here on of way to Minnesota. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of space.

Unfortunately we arrived after dark so we were unable to use the amenities, but it was a great stay. They left us a map that clearly directed us to our site which was easy to navigate & rather spacious.

Great stop. Friendly owners, always making improvements. All trimmed up, clean bathrooms. Great view . Lots of trees and grass walking areas for dogs!
