First, I should point out that I've been there many times over the years. This was the worst stay ever for me, usually I look forward to this KOA. (1) I was never able to connect to internet; (2) in the morning the men's restroom was awful, both toilets out of service and more; (3) In the morning, the woman in the office was swamped, she needed more help, so I didn't bother to complain. We stayed for 2 weeks. Our spot was not shady at any time after 2pm. That is a negative. Those staying for longer than 4 days should get spots facing the south as that puts their doors and seating in the shade. We ask and were told could not move. Do not know why as space was available. We also fue to lack of shade were going to leave after 7 days. We were told we could leave, no refund.

This KOA was clean and well-maintained. The pool area and bathrooms were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again.

We love this place! The only complaint I have is a lot of tall mid calf to knee height weeds in every camper spot. They need to keep weed eat or mow more often .

No fault of the campground, but the power was out due to a car accident. Which also meant no water cause they are on a well. Overall the campground is just fine. I’ve stayed at much nicer KOA’s before. This one was okay for an overnight stay.

We have stayed many times the office help A+ the grounds could be better shape , ai little more gravel , repair ruts in lawn , some electric bases straighten up n secured, some trees trimmed so they don’t hit the RV , with out Irritation lawns are Dry n browning better lawn maintenance and with all do respect There probably short of help like every company over all rating 1—10, a 6

It was basic. No shade. Freeway noise the entire stay. Appeared clean. Nice gift shop and sold propane.

Attentive friendly staff. Love staying here when traveling with our RV. I feel safe here. The hookups are maintained and sites not too crowded. Very nice park. I have yet to use the pool but it looks inviting and the waterfall is pretty.

This KOA is very well maintained. With a few exceptions, campsites were all kept tidy and guests were friendly and responsible. We enjoyed the pool, nature trail and dog park. The restrooms were also clean and functional. We will be back!

Clean park, nice pool area and playground, cute mini golf course. They treated us to fireworks (street type but very entertaining). GPS instructions wanted us to turn right to go north on the road, when right was actually south (and the correct direction). But if you don't have at least one U-turn in a motorhome, does it qualify as a vacation? Obviously the GPS is not their fault.

Needs to improve the grass areas between the RV spaces, did find the staff curious and very friendly a d helpful. Would come back again because of the staff.

Clean ad well-managed KOA. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked to stay a couple additional nights too. Very heavy traffic noise in some areas of the park though which I realize is not their fault.

A clean and cheery camp with spacious sites. It's a regular stopping point for us to rest up after driving through Portland. It's also a stopping point for the return trip back to rest up before driving through Portland.

Staff were nice. The facilities are dated - but very clean. There were a number of families who never once put a leash on their dogs. I don’t like being charged by unfamiliar dogs ( we also have two dogs who were leashed).

I did not give a 10 because the water pressure was very low, and we did not get a FULL Hook up as requested. As I walked around there were spots empty like what we had requested. Nice place and that is out third time there in about 3 years.

Great back in spots that provide shade and are nicely leveled. Some road noise, but not so much at night. The pool and mini golf course are nice, just in full sun and we were too "sunned out" to take advantage. Two bathrooms in easy walking distance and nice staff. My only complaint was that our water hookup (spot 55) was only a few inches off the ground and kinda difficult to use.

Campground was very clean and full. Unfortunately the site I reserved was too close to road and there was too much noise 24/7 so would not come back. Wonderful shower and bathrooms, great store.

I was put in a no sewer spot and didn’t request that. Also the pool closed at 8pm that was 2 hours to early. We did not get to use it due to softball tournament late games. Wi-Fi was terrible. Clean park lots of amenities. If not for the above I would have rated higher. Probably will not come back.

Bathrooms and showers were dirty during our stay, especially the men’s bathroom. The same mess was there for more than 24 hours and cobwebs/spiders were in the bathroom stalls.

Albany KOA is a very nice campground, offers nice spaces, big open areas, swimming, horseshoes, dog area, well maintained and easy access, #1 in all of campgrounds we've stayed at.

Assuming rooms ate sites. Sites cared for and well maintained. Staff helpful and cheerful. Well placed between cities for lots of options.
