Thank you for the pleasant stay As you may have noticed we departed early this had nothing to do with your campground As I’m sure you know it was to hot for us two old folks So we moved on to our next stop here at Cloverdale/HealdsburgKOA I will tell you this this place would learn alot as to how a KOA should operate if they spent some time at yours Once again we thank you

Hoping to try camping first in a safe place I called ahead and explained that I was recovering from hip surgery and wanted to camp and a reservation was made. You don’t have handicapped toilets. I won’t comment on the rudeness of the « young and inexperienced » staff, but they could use some sensitivity training and better knowledge of the ADA

Our stay was great! The only real issue was the wifi that never seemed to connect. I would recommend taking the wifi off as an amenity, since it is not efficient. The camp host even said it was useless. Campground was clean and nice an we enjoyed our stay.

I thought it could be a little cleaner. There was small garbage on the ground and I know it had been there before we got there. They have a toilet that is not bolted to floor. The last 3 years we've stayed it's been like that. Just a few things. I know I might be picky but I have stayed at others that are very clean.

The park is nice, but the lawns needed mowed at our site. Also, we were the lucky winners of the site next to the trash AND sewer plates, therefore we didn’t spend any time outside of our 5th wheel. But we did feel safe, the only park workers we saw were the girls at the office & they were very friendly and helpful.

OK place to stay but could be improved by trimming the trees. I was in site 82 and a very large evergreen tree was completely encroaching my site and motorhome. This was a "deluxe" site but honestly it was not anything deluxe. I recently stayed at the KOA in Petaluma and it has what I call "deluxe" sites. The sites at Corvallis were NOT deluxe.

Spaces are close but adequate and ours was level. The adjoining patios are nice and provide some privacy. The staff was topnotch, friendly and very accommodating. The bathrooms and showers were meticulously clean, the laundry as well. We would stay here again.

Biggest issues are two: 1. General noise from surrounding highways day and night; 2. Basic lack of concern over night lighting. Nearly impossible to viewthe night sky due to the presence of white colored street lights mounted high on poles along the streets. I realize its important for people to be able to see when walking in the park at night but the lights should be sheilded and mounted lower to

I've stayed twice as an overnight stopping point. Freeway access is good, the facilities are clean, the environment is quiet, the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay at this KOA again.

Staff was very rude. No coffee after saying there would be. Their excuse was owners had Covid. So tied of that excuse. They left shop closed in the morning and so many people wanted to go get their morning coffee and staff was outside ignoring everyone. When we said something they were rude didn’t want to help.

Very well maintained property. Ample shade. Lots of grass so minimal dust. Full hookups work well. Plenty of water pressure.

It was lovely. The only thing I didn't like was that the campground is relatively close to a highway and so there is traffic noise. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I was disappointed that there was no stair railing to cabin or curb cuts in step to bathroom. I have a disability & Ramped Kabin was not available. Please improve facilities for disabled people. It is required by FEDERAL LAW. Thank you, Jill Mortenson. [email protected]

Thought the campground was very organized. It was easy to book stay on line. The only concern for me was my campfire ring was right next to street. Hopefully next time we stay we can get a site with patio. They looked really nice. Dog park was great and your hospitality was fantastic. Thank you for being there!

Good location for getting to do things in the Corvallis/Albany area. Campground is a bit crowded with spots pretty close to one another, but it is clean and well cared for. Had to do some laundry, but one dryer and one washer were out of order and I hope will be repaired soon.

Nice facility. Our tent site was a little far from the bathrooms. Also, the sap from the tree at our site was awful. It covered the picnic table so we were unable to use it and the bottom of our tent is now covered with it. If I recommend this KOA to others I will definitely warn them about the sap.

Thankfully pool was fixed for our last day. Quite a bit of noise from the highway. Sites are close together and wifi is awful. Had to pay for mini golf which we thought should have been included. Staff were really friendly and helpful which was great.

Bathrooms were clean. The pool was up and running the day after we got there and the kids had a great time playing. The put put golf leaves a little to be desired, but it's something to do. Our spot 71 had terrible water pressure. But others didn't have any problems. It was a great place to camp for the weekend for a baseball tournament.

The RV spot was nice, but unfortunately the showers were terrible. Extremely dirty, hair everywhere, and then there was a 15-year teenager that said he lived in the park. He was very rude and was verbally abusive to my 5 and 10 year who were in the pool.

Nice place. The wifi said, for our entire visit, "no internet." This is on 3 separate devices. If you want to advertise you have wifi, how about having one that works.

Staff are fabulous, friendly, and willing to help at a moments notice. The camp wasn’t so great. The smell from the sewer vent stacks were pretty potent. They have all gravel sites. The restrooms/showers were pretty beat up and appeared really dirty. Their electricity for the entire camp was extremely unstable, we were able to monitor the amps from our surge app for our motorhome. Won’t go aga

Assuming rooms ate sites. Sites cared for and well maintained. Staff helpful and cheerful. Well placed between cities for lots of options.
