The associate at the front desk was a super lady. Helped me get an extra night at the park when it was full. I would recommend this park to everyone.

This is our second time at this KOA location to visit White Sands, and we really enjoyed staying here with our fifth wheel camper! The staff seems to work very hard to maintain the campground well! The conveniences available here are great!

The people in the office were very nice, helpful and polite! We loved the entertainment on Friday night… great live music played with humor and good spirit. A lot of the facility is being updated or repaired. We’re sure it will enhance the current facilities.

The KOA facility and staff were excellent. The area was industrial, not very appealing but it was a quick drive to White Sands and other activities.

Nice patio site with fence! Nice big laundry room and rec room. Let us borrow sleds for White Sands. Wind and dust storm prevented further exploring.

If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Great management nice clean facilities walls for privacy and sleds for White Sands Enjoyed free popcorn. GO GO GO

Friendly host. Good laundry facilities. Clean restrooms although the men’s showers could use some work (shower head burst apart during use requiring a quick repair on my part!) The morning we left they had a local food truck selling some tasty breakfast burritos. Yum! Glad the host tipped me to that.

This KOA campground is small, but it's GREAT!! The owners and staff give tremendous customer service, are very helpful, and make their guests feel at home. The sites are long and have privacy fences between them. Alamogordo is a destination location, not just a place to stay overnight on the way to other locales. We hated to leave, and we'll stay longer next time.

Stayed two nights in our trailer with our two doodles. All staff were helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved the dog park! Will defiantly stay here again. Thank you KOA!

I stay in a lot of KOA’s, and I believe this is one of the best. The staff is very friendly, and they are constantly looking for ways and dping things to make the facility better. I always enjoy staying here, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything OK, but I did not have a decent sewer connection. You guys also need to install proper wifi that can be reached from the entire campground.

Every Thing there was Five Stars! Including their very fair rates. Friendly Employees, Free Morning Coffee, Exilent Dog Park it has small wood chips and lots of room for Dog`s to Play. Super Clean Restrooms and lots more. Get Reservations. Check your maps it`s hard to find. See you again soon!

Wonderful KOA. All the amenities and terrific staff. Sites were spacious, well maintained and level. High water pressure, reliable electricity and good Wi-Fi. We stayed four days but would loved to stay longer. Plenty to see and do.

Stayed overnight on our way home. Easy in and out. Owners are doing a lot of updating so pool is closed. Small and quaint. Wine tasting and pistachioland close by. Would stay again.

This place was great! Safe, friendly. Nice private dividing walls. The kids played on the playground and also the pedal cars. Bathrooms were clean. All staff was friendly. It was away from the main road so not alot of road nose. Except for an occasional train tooting it's horn. We loved this place and we'll be coming back when visiting white Sands. Thank you!
