Our first KOA experience. Sandy was super nice answering all my KOA questions. Campground was very nice. Had no issues

Third time here and we just love this place! Close to lots of stuff we like to see, pleasant surroundings, fresh coffee in the morning - what's not to love? This time we used the shower facilities and found them clean and tidy. We will definitely make this out go-to campground when visiting Alamogordo. Did I mention the fresh coffee!?!? Highly recommended.

Friendly hosts and a well organized and clean campground. The bathrooms could use a little updating but everything was clean and functional so no real complaints.

We spent two nights and enjoyed every minute. Place was spotless and quiet. We would stay again.

We were there overnight. Very nice site, neat, clean and spacious, pleasant staff! My only issue is something no one can fix, the trains running close by at night and sounding their horns.

Only stayed 1 nite - just traveling thru. Had small problem with pedestal socket. Ken checked it out and Sandy offered another site. Great custumer service!!! Thanks to you, both.

Had a lovely stay here! Grateful for Sandy who greeted us with a smile, even though it was after hours and time for her to go home. We were clueless Ann out where to go and what to do. She was very helpful! Loved the large, clean sites and clean bathrooms.

I had the BEST site in the park! Definitely would stay again in that same spot. The sink for washing dishes was not clean enough and the chlorine level in the pool was a bit excessive, but those are my only complaints. The staff was ver friendly!!!

We had enjoyed our stay in a nice site and appreciated the clean showers and restrooms. My tow vehicle would not start when we were ready to hitch up and they were very helpful and understanding.

This KOA is great for an overnight stay. It's looking a bit dated and and could benefit from some updating. The block walls between sites were probably a good idea when RV's were much smaller, but now make the sites feel more crowded. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this KOA by any means, it just feels aged. Sandy was wonderful, and was very pleasant while checking in.

Loved this park. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon check in, we were provided with great information about things to see in the area and they also provide sleds to use. The park is very well maintained and in our opinion was top of the line.

Always have a great experience here. Sandy and husband are fantastic. Always very clean and easy to park and enjoy ourselves. Sandy has updated information about events going on in the area . We have listed this KOA as our RV home base. We are always ready to tell others about this KOA .Everyone here is fantastic. Restrooms, pool & tent area are always clean and ready. A pleasure to stay here.

Truly the best KOA we have ever stayed in. The owners are courteous, kind, helpful - they have done an amazing job of rehabbing this KOA - I understand it was pretty run down when they purchased it. Very convenient to all shopping and events - the Hot Air Balloon Festival was going the weekend we were there and you could see balloons floating over the town. Would stay there again!

It was nice and quiet Staff was very pleasant and helpful If we needed a late check out there was no problem The only thing that I see is they need a larger parking area for check in to give people coming in some more room other than that it's nice place to stay

We really like this KOA, and it has very nice staff, a nice store, rec room and a great K9 Dog Park. Also, it was very reasonable priced.

The folks were great, welcoming, and friendly. I was there for the balloon rally, and they gave a discount for balloon crew. The place was clean and quiet.

The staff went above and beyond. They not only answered all our questions but they check in on us at the campsite, talked with our kids and loved on our puppy. The facility was very clean and lots to do for all members of the family. We will definitely be coming back.

We arrived late to find an envelope and very cordial letter waiting for us. The assigned site was easy to locate, very clean. Bathroom and showers were easily located and very clean. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Beautiful c/g kept emaculatey clean with some shade, great restrooms and laundry. However, bring lots of drinking water as c/g water has very strong odor and taste of sulphur. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited the KOA Alamogordo/White Sands to take advantage of the "Free Night" members' weekend. The campground was noticeably quiet, and the facilities were exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend this KOA as a good basecamp for exploring the area.

BEST DUMP STATION EVER!!!! We prefer to not connect at the camping site, but empty waste at a dump station. So we have seen dump stations everywhere. You can access it from two sides, and there are no rocks or other barriers making it difficult. The hosts are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Food, live entertainment, a gem in the desert! An excellent stay!!! Thanks!

Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Spacious laundry room. Great location for the National Park. Don’t forget to borrow a sled from the office before going to the sand dunes.

This place was great! Safe, friendly. Nice private dividing walls. The kids played on the playground and also the pedal cars. Bathrooms were clean. All staff was friendly. It was away from the main road so not alot of road nose. Except for an occasional train tooting it's horn. We loved this place and we'll be coming back when visiting white Sands. Thank you!
