No cable, even though it's listed in the 2022 KOA directory..............not a bad KOA for an overnight stop though.

Only RV park in Abilene that has mature trees. Clean and well kept.

Check in people were friendly and nice. Campground itself needed a little work. Laundry and restrooms were fine. Many of the people there were long term folks and so we were kind out of the main area by ourselves, which was fine. We were only 1 of 2 RVs there. All others were trailers - most long term.

Excellent facilities! The two young men on staff that Saturday afternoon/evening were very good and showed keen interest in their customers. Kudos to those young men!

The office staff was very friendly and quick during checkin. The grounds were clean and presentable. It was our 2nd time to stay at this KOA and I would stay here again.

We had such a pleasant experience out first time here that we made it our go-to passing back thru on our trip. Again, the staff were super friendly and helped me understand the KOA Rewards program. Clean, quiet place.

Would have been a 5 except for the people next to us in spot #57 that set up an outside dog kennel and their barking dogs woke us up at 6 am and continued to bark at passers-by until we left at 7 am

We always stay here. Everyone is so friendly they treat you like family! Clean yard restrooms always clean nice to take a nice big shower on our stay.

So far this was the only campground that had a basketball court for my grandson to play on.

It's a clean campground with a nice pool. The tap water provided at the sites comes out boiling hot though. Which I guess is good if you don't have a water heater and want a warm shower.

Even though we only stayed one night we would return for a longer visit. The park was neat, clean and well kept. Check in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful.

Your swimming pool is extra nice with the beautiful mature trees all around it. Very welcome after driving in the heat all day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was fairly level and everything worked. A bit too close together and not enough shade for my liking, but sufficient for the two days of our stay.

We stayed in Abilene KOA for one night and we have a small dog that was with us and when I opened the door to take her out their was dog Pooh on the ground and cigarette butts. I clean up after my dog every time she goes and I don’t like having to look where I am stepping when I am trying to walk her. The dog Pooh was everywhere around the camp.

Older KOA with lots of trees. Level gravel pull through site. Close to I-20 but highway noise was not overwhelming. Friendly staff.

Nice enough for a night or two, or longer if you don't mind a little highway noise and the occasional sound of a B1B taking off or landing in the distance. The Good: Clean bath/shower rooms with enough pressure and temp for a good hot shower. Nice little playground for the little kids. Nice little dog park for the furry family members. Good sized sites, level and hard pack/paved (we were in a pull thru) and full hookups. Nice laundry room with competitive pricing $3.50 for a wash and dry as of this writing. There's also a little book and "stuff" exchange area in the corner of the laundry room. The staff are friendly and jovial. The Meh: Cell coverage (we have Verizon and ATT with a WeBoost) and wifi coverage is poor to spotty, with the wifi being non-existent further back in campground. Highway noise and the lights from the motel next door are noticeable if you're in the front of the park. If you're planning to stay for a while, ask for a spot in the back of the park. If you need propane, get it prior to arrival as theirs is out of service and has been for at least a couple of months (we stopped here in February and it was out of service then, it's now April)...not sure if they have any plans to bring it back online or not. Overall: The good far outweighs the meh and this is a good stop along I-20 if you need to rest for a spell.

Great campsite! We stayed for one night, everything was ready for us whenever we got there, the bathrooms were extremely clean and heated/air conditioned! The dog park was super clean as well! We choose a pull through site and it was super easy and convenient! Only downfall was the wifi wasn't the best, but we are camping, so.
