This was a overnight stay, but glad that we chose this location. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and wifi signal was great!

The KOA staff were friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. We made last minute reservations and we were coming in as a late arrival. Just as they promised everything was ready for us in the late arrival box clearly labeled. The next morning we decided to stay another night and when we walked to the office the crew greeted us so enthusiastically friendly and took care of our every need.

These are some of the nicest people I've ever come across. Family run and everyone pitches in which kind of restores your faith in humanity. Plenty of room to stretch out between sites and full hookups. There is a Dollar store in walking distance and for anything else the town is about 5 mins away. If we ever get back that way I would stop here again.

2nd stay, 1st was last September. Lots of general improvements. Very friendly reception. Not sure if people at back of resort are long term residents but need to contain their dogs.

The new managers are very friendly and working to make improvements. Stayed there several times. Sites have improved. Will be there again in September.

Very noisy from road traffic. Man came into female bathroom twice but the sign posted said 1100-1300 was cleaning. Not 0945 and 1000 so why was he there?

We stayed twice at this park as we were criss crossing our way around the southwest. The staff here, especially the office staff, are just delightful. Everything was clean and organized. We would absolutely stay here again!

The management team decided to dig up the water pipe on a Friday afternoon due to a small leak, knowing that they would not have a plumber scheduled until Monday. We spent our stay there without water, even though we paid for a full hookup site. Not used to this at an expensive KOA.

Nice enough for a night or two, or longer if you don't mind a little highway noise and the occasional sound of a B1B taking off or landing in the distance. The Good: Clean bath/shower rooms with enough pressure and temp for a good hot shower. Nice little playground for the little kids. Nice little dog park for the furry family members. Good sized sites, level and hard pack/paved (we were in a pull thru) and full hookups. Nice laundry room with competitive pricing $3.50 for a wash and dry as of this writing. There's also a little book and "stuff" exchange area in the corner of the laundry room. The staff are friendly and jovial. The Meh: Cell coverage (we have Verizon and ATT with a WeBoost) and wifi coverage is poor to spotty, with the wifi being non-existent further back in campground. Highway noise and the lights from the motel next door are noticeable if you're in the front of the park. If you're planning to stay for a while, ask for a spot in the back of the park. If you need propane, get it prior to arrival as theirs is out of service and has been for at least a couple of months (we stopped here in February and it was out of service then, it's now April)...not sure if they have any plans to bring it back online or not. Overall: The good far outweighs the meh and this is a good stop along I-20 if you need to rest for a spell.

Great campsite! We stayed for one night, everything was ready for us whenever we got there, the bathrooms were extremely clean and heated/air conditioned! The dog park was super clean as well! We choose a pull through site and it was super easy and convenient! Only downfall was the wifi wasn't the best, but we are camping, so.
