There is signage from both I-81 and I-70. We are approximately 3 miles off the interstate.

From I-81 N or S: the EASIEST way to get here is to take Exit 4 and Follow 70 W. From 70W take Exit 24.
Turn left onto 63 and take the VERY FIRST RIGHT onto Everly Rd. ( EVERLY PLAZA )
Take a left onto Rock Hill and then bear right onto Kemps Mill. We are straight ahead 1.4 miles.
The KOA Signs are at Exit 2. You can come this way BUT IT WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH TOWN.
From Exit 2 you will go South on Route 11 and North onto 63.

If you're a small time fisherman...rent a canoe from us and just lazily have a good time! Canoe rental rates $15.00 per hour or $65.00 for all day rental ( 9 am - dusk ) , oars and life jackets provided.
You can also drive to the Potomac River 3 miles away and cast your line there.
If you are over 16 you DO need a MD fishing license!
Small time tuber, have fun on the Conococheague Creek, right at our front door.
We have been given approval by KOA, Inc. that we have met "KAMP GREEN" standards on our park. Visit us this summer and see some of our ways to help the environment. Some you can see, some you will have to ask...and you can help. Save cans, cardboard and newspaper for us.
Go back to the 50's in our Remember When Diner, enjoy the memorabilia of the Lucille Ball TV show "I LOVE LUCY". Enjoy a great breakfast off the menu of all you can eat pancakes, thick french toast, omelets galore, eggs cooked to your liking, "The Killer"...see if you can eat it all. 2' Fer al whole lot of food, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 sausage,2 bacon strips, 2 ham strips and a scoop of homemade home fries. Bottomless coffee or tea. Lots of items to choose from.
To tired to cook dinner? Enjoy a 12 inch pizza delivered to your site, or eat in the diner with specials every night! From homemade soups, hand cut fries, our own hamburg patty, crabcake dinners, patty melts and more!
