If you're looking to find the owners of this campground, you shouldn't have to look far, Brian, Rochell and their youngest son, Darren FitzGerald, are always close at hand to help their campers.

"Our campers are our guests and that's why we keep it a fun family atmosphere. Every year we add new fun family activities to be sure that our returning guests continue to be surprised. And as always, I enjoy keeping them a secret!" says Rochell.

You may not get to meet their two other children, though. Bruce, after 8 years with the US Army, now serves as a pilot in the U.S. Army's National Guard. And daughter, Shauna, who worked as manager here at the KOA during college, is now settled as a hospital nurse in Northern California with her husband and daughter. "We couldn't be more proud of our children and what they have grown to accomplish and we support them wherever they are."

The FitzGerald's have owned the campground since 1999, when they left careers in the winery, hospitality and retail business.

"We were looking for a change in lifestyle," said Rochell. "It's pretty awesome to be able to gaze upon the beauty of just a piece of what God's artistic creation has placed at our back door. The Olympic National Park has campers from all over the world coming to share in the beauty and untouchable memory of all it has to offer. The whole world needs to share in this experience and that of the Olympic Northwest." Our gates are open, so come visit and be a part of our Happy Camper Family!
