KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-9873 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy:

An advanced deposit is necessary to guarantee your site or Kabin. The base rate for the first nights stay will be charged at the time of your reservation. We'll settle up once you arrive.

If you need to cancel your tent or RV site, let us know 48 hours in advance if so we can promptly credit your charge card. We'll need a 72 hour advance notice for Kabins.

SPECIAL EVENTS NOTICE:
Please plan your reservations carefully during the following periods. Due to the number of guests scheduled during these times, we will be unable to refund your reservation:

June 10 thru 18 (Utah Summer Games - for the games a four night minimum reservation must be paid in advance).
July 4 thru 7 (Independence Day)
August 29 thru September 1 (Labor Day)
