Wide beaches. Red sandstone cliffs. White lighthouses gleaming against the setting sun. Prince Edward Island has it all, and the Cavendish KOA puts you at the heart of things. The campground is just across the road from Cavendish Grove, PEI National Park on Route 6 between Cranberry Village and Avonlea Village. The farm immortalized in Anne of Green Gables is less than 1/2 mile from this KOA's open, grassy sites, and Avonlea Village is just next door. When you're not off touring or basking on the beach, try the large heated pool. Enjoy the free Sunday night hot dog roast and many other planned events. Kids flock to the wading pool and the new Jumping Pillow. There is a large field for soccer. Take the walking path to the Shining Waters Family Fun Park next door.
