Set out on one of North America's most memorable scenic drives just minutes from this KOA. The 185-mile-long Cabot Trail traces the northern perimeter of Cape Breton Island, hugging the shore along headlands, beaches, coves and picturesque fishing villages. Watch for whales from one of many dramatic vista points. Enjoy local seafood and other fare along the way, including indigenous cuisine at the Acadian Museum in Cheticamp. Circle back to this campground in a prime location, with terraced campsites overlooking the Bras d'Or inland sea. Diversions include a swimming beach, Wi-Fi, K9 park, mini golf, rec hall, playground and a boat launch. Canoe rentals available at the campground. Several golf courses are nearby; the ferry to Newfoundland is only 15 minutes away.
Max pull thru: 75 feet.
