Oscoda KOAOSCODA KOA HAS NEW OWNERS - COME VISIT US FOR HALLOWEEN WEEKENDS 10/3-10/5,10/10-10/12 & 10/17-10/19 Open April 18 - October 19 Please Note: Our KOA and the surrounding area have a number of Ash trees. In an effort to protect them from the Emerald Ash Borer we will no longer permit any of our guests to bring their own firewood of any kind. The state of Michigan recommends no moving of firewood in the State and no outside wood brought into any campgrounds. *New for 2008* Adding Full Hook-up sites, FREE Wi-Fi, NEW playground equipment, jumping pillow, 24 Hour Laundry, remodeled kamp store, and a bark park for your four legged family members to run and play. Oscoda KOA is a complete family resort located on 40 quiet wooded acres. Only two minutes from Lake Huron's beautiful white sandy beaches, the Scenic AuSable River, the River Road National Forest Scenic Byway, marinas, hiking and ATV trails, and excellent restaurants to dine at. You can enjoy all that Oscoda has to offer when you stay at the Oscoda KOA. Area activities include; tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing on the AuSable River, charter boat fishing on Lake Huron, paddle wheel boat trips on the AuSable River Queen, Yankee Air Force Museum, BMX race track. Day trips to: Sturgeon Pointe Lighthouse, Tawas Pointe Lighthouse, Dinosaur Park, and historic antique shops. Relax in our outdoor pool, jump for hours on our NEW Jumping Pillow, spend quality family time on an hour long hay ride over a 1,000 acre wilderness, play a friendly game of basket ball, horseshoes or volleyball. The kids are sure to enjoy our free antique fire truck rides through the park, the fun bike rentals, rec center with video games, juke box, air hockey and pool table, and our 1 acre play ground. The pool, hayride and fire truck rides are seasonal and usually run from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
