From 1-95 at Houlton, Maine take Route 1 North to Caribou. At Caribou take route 161 to Guerrette. At Guerrette take a right on Route 162. The Fort Kent/Three Lakes KOA is about 2 miles ahead on the right.

Begin to relax immediately with a free cup of coffee, while our friendly staff assists you with your check-in and provides a personal escort to your site.
The crystal clear water of Mud Lake is very warm, and perfect for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. Our 100' dock is big enough for all to enjoy.
There is snowmobile and ATV access located between Long Lake and Cross Lake, with waterway access to seven beautiful fishing lakes. We are close to Fort Kent and Madawaska, the most north east city in the United States. Sinclair is a classic, All-American small town with a general store, two gas pumps and townsfolk that make you feel welcome.
We extend our welcome to groups and clubs of all kinds- Classic and Muscle Car Clubs, ATV Clubs, Motorcycle Clubs, and much more. Need a place to celebrate your special occasion? We can accommodate groups for family reunions, birthdays, weddings and business meetings. Boys and girls clubs of all ages are welcome to stay with us. We offer many fun activities for all to enjoy.
