Time seems to slow down when you make the short drive from I-75 to this scenic, shady campground in foothills of the north Georgia mountains. Under new ownership, we have added many new features to the park. Cable TV, miniature golf, fire rings. And a large projection movie/TV screen in the pavilion to show NASCAR/NHRA racing or a movie for the kids. We also have the swimming pool, game room, and a catch and release pond. Wouldn't it be great to have that birthday party, reunion or get together outside under the pavilion with so many things to do for everyone.
Just to unwind by the fishing pond, sit on a porch swing of a kamping kabin, or by a fire and have s'mores. What a way to relax. Remember to bring those pets as they are welcome too.
Located between Atlanta and Chattanooga, the Calhoun KOA makes a great overnight stop, or stay a few days with us and have a great time. There is so much to do in the area like exploring the new Echota historic site, or boating on carters lake. Shop to your hearts content at the large Tanger outlet mall or many local antique stores.
