Monthly Rate for 1 or 2 people $425. Electric is metered, what you use you pay for in addition to monthly rate. Security Deposit $100 (due at reservation and non-refundable if cancelled)
Price includes – water, sewer, cable TV, trash collection, wifi access, pool/hot tub access. 24 hour coin op laundry in the main building as are basic groceries, gift items and a large variety of shirts for purchase.
If you require a telephone line, there is a one-time $20 fee for the campground hook-up and maintenance. To ensure getting a telephone line quickly let us know at the time you reserve your site. We contact the phone company for the set up of the line shortly after your arrival.
The cost for an extra adult is $100 and for a child $60 per month. Visitors are subject to a daily guest fee and must be registered in the main office. Pets are welcome at no extra cost, but the pet must be docile, friendly and a non-barker.
