Melt butter. Add flour, chicken broth or milk, mayonnaise, and mustard. Cook on low until thick. Pour in pan. Add cut-up chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and press down into sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
(Hint: I cook cut up onion and garlic powder in my chicken. Then remove chicken and cooked broccoli in the same broth. I add extra broth to make it more creamy.)
