Asian Marinade

For beef, chicken or pork. Makes a great camping main dish - from the experts at KOA.

Makes 2 lbs. of meat

Ingredients

• 1/4 c soy sauce
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 3/4 c olive oil
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions

Wisk together all ingredients in a medium sized bowl, and pour into a zip lock bag or airtight container. This recipe marinates up to 2 pounds of meat.
