Ingredients

• 1/3 c butter or margarine
• 1/3 c grated American or Parmesan cheese
• 5 c Cheerios cereal
• 1/2 tsp salt, if desired

Directions

Heat butter in heavy skillet until melted; remove from heat. Stir in cheese; add cereal. Sprinkle with salt. Mix thoroughly.
