I forgot to enter my promotional code from my renewal notification; can I still receive the points?

Yes, if your promotional code has not expired, we will be happy to assist you with getting your points applied to your account. Email us at vkrservice@koa.net with your Value Kard Rewards Membership number, your contact information and the promotional code you received. One of our Camper Service Representatives will add in the points and send you a confirmation email with your updated current point total.
