- turkey meat
- 1 bag frozen veggies (your preference) We use mixed.
- 5 cloves garlic (cut to your preference) We cut in slivers.
- 1/2 onion (cut finely)
- olive oil
- 16 oz chicken broth
- seasonings (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, parsley)
- pasta (your preference)
Before you get started get the water going for the pasta. In a large skillet add olive oil (3 tablespoons) add onions until no longer opaque, then add the garlic in medium heat. When the garlic starts to smell add the turkey meat breaking it up and mixing all together. When turkey meat is no longer pink add the frozen veggies and the chicken broth. Add seasoning to your taste. The meat and frozen veggies should be ready in about 5-10 minutes. Add pasta to boiling water cook for 10 - 12 minutes. Drain pasta, add meat and veggies mixtures as desired.
Serve with garlic bread or garlic knots. Enjoy!!!
