Teriyaki Kabobs

Add beef to this easy marinade for great kabobs


  • 4  pound(s)  roast or beef steak cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1  clove garlic
  • 1  Tbsp  brown sugar
  • 1/2  tsp  ground ginger
  • 1/2  tsp  black pepper
  • 1  Tbsp  vegetable oil
  • 2  Tbsp  water
  • 1  tsp  seasoning salt
  • 1/4  c  soy sauce


Mash garlic clove with sugar to make a fine pulp. Mix with other ingredients and add the meat cubes. Marinate overnight or longer. We usually put in freezer in plastic container and thaw at the campground before we are ready to assemble the kabobs. Add cherry tomatoes, canned small potatoes, green pepper, pineapple chunks, zucchini, and chunks of onion. Serve over rice. The recipe and vegetables can be changed to individual likes or dislikes.
