Seasoned Campfire Potatoes


  • 1 1/2  potatoes per person
  • onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  • butter


Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise and slice in 1/4" sections down potatoe. When you are done with the 1 1/2 potatoes, put them in a foil boat. Season with the spices to taste and add about a tablespoon of butter. Cook approximately 35 minutes until tender.
