Pork in a Ball


  • 1  boneless pork chop
  • 1  slice(s)  onion
  • 5  carrots
  • 1  c  rice
  • 1  cabbage leaf
  • 1  slice(s)  tomato
  • 1/2  tsp  Dale's Sauce
  • 1/2  tsp  Mrs. Dash


Take one boneless pork chop, one slice of onion, 5 carrots, one scoop of cooked rice, one cabbage leaf, one slice of green tomato, one half teaspoon of Dale's Sauce and Mrs. Dash to taste. Layer the ingredients in a tinfoil wrap. Seal tightly. Put on the grill. Cook on low for about 45 minutes to one hour. Unwrap and eat.
