Pinto Bean Pie


  • 1  can pinto beans
  • 1  c  butter
  • 7  oz  can or 1 package flaked cocunut
  • 2  deep dish pie crust shells
  • 4  eggs
  • 3  c  sugar
  • 1  c  chopped pecans


Put beans, eggs, and butter in blender until liquified. Put in large bowl, add sugar, coconut and nuts. Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
