One Dish Meal

Ingredients

  • 3  chicken thighs
  • 1  can white northern beans, drained
  • 1  can black beans, drained
  • 1  can diced seasoned tomatoes
  • 1  small onion
  • 1  clove garlic

Preparation

Set the crock pot on with the three chicken thighs on the bottom, followed by the white northern beans, the black beans and the diced seasoned tomatoes. Chop the onion and garlic and turn on medium setting. When you return you have a wonderful stew. For added flair you can add corn five minutes before serving.
