Margarita Chicken


  • 1/3  c  margarita mix with tequila (Salvadors is great)
  • 2  cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4  c  Kikkoman teriyaki marinade
  • 4  chicken breasts or 6 boneless chicken thighs


Marinate chicken for 30 minutes in sauce. Cook on grill, basting with extra marinade. To serve, you can mix extra marinade and heat it up. Serve over chicken with your favorite rice.
