Grilled Apples in Apple Brandy
- 6 - 8 fresh apples
- Apple Brandy
- Powdered Sugar
Just before serving, slice the fresh apples. Place in the center of a square of heavy aluminum foil. Drizzle with a little apple brandy and seal the packages tightly to prevent leagage. Place foil packages over hot coals and cook 4 - 5 minutes.
To serve, open foil and sprinkle apples with powdered sugar.
