Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
- 1 pound(s) stew meat cut into bite size pieces
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (use can from mushroom soup)
- 1 16 oz. package of sour cream
Combine stew meat, can of mushroom soup and can of milk into the crockpot. Cook for 4 to 6 hours until the stew meat is tender. Add the sour cream to thicken the sauce. Serve over the cooked noodles.
