Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff


  • 1  pound(s)  stew meat cut into bite size pieces
  • 1  can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1  can milk (use can from mushroom soup)
  • 1  16 oz. package of sour cream
  • noodles


Combine stew meat, can of mushroom soup and can of milk into the crockpot. Cook for 4 to 6 hours until the stew meat is tender. Add the sour cream to thicken the sauce. Serve over the cooked noodles.
