Crock Pot Barbecue Beef


  • 3  pound(s)  lean chuck roast
  • 1/2  c  ketchup
  • 1/2  c  water
  • 2  Tbsp  sugar
  • 1  Tbsp  vinegar
  • 1  medium onion, chopped


Place beef in crock pot. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 11 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Pull apart cooked meat with forks, and serve on rolls or buns.
