Creole Skillet


Makes 34

  • 2  Tbsp  margarine
  • 1  medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2  medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2  c  celery, chopped
  • 1  Tbsp  flour
  • 2  tsp  seasoning salt
  • 2  cans tuna
  • 1  can, kernal corn


Melt margarine in skillet and lightly fry onion, pepper and celery until tender crisp. Add flour and blend in. Add other ingredients and blend through. Serve with rice and grated Parmesan cheese.
