  • 1  slice(s)  lemon
  • 1  slice(s)  orange
  • mayonnaise
  • 1  gutted rainbow trout
  • dash  lemon salt


Sprinkle lemon salt on the meat inside the body cavity. Place lemon and orange slices inside the fish. Cover the skin of the fish with mayonnaise and wrap in aluminium foil. Place directly on BBQ, set on med/high for forty minutes and turn once.
