Chicken Almondine


  • 1  c  cooked chicken
  • 1  c  chopped celery
  • 1/2  c  Minute Rice
  • 1  can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2  c  real mayonnaise
  • 1/4  c  diced onion
  • 1/4  c  butter
  • 1/2  c  slivered almonds
  • 1  c  crushed cornflakes or Special K cereal


Mix the chicken, celery, rice and onion. Blend the soup and mayonnaise together. Add to chicken mixture. Place in casserole dish. Mix butter (melted and cooled), slivered almonds and crushed cornflakes or Special K and spread on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
