Apple Toffee Dip


  • 3/4  c  packed brown sugar
  • 1/2  c  powdered sugar
  • 1  tsp  vanilla
  • 8  oz  1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4  c  toffee bits
  • 1  c  pineapple juice
  • 8  apples (Granny Smith or Red Delicious)


Up to 12 hours ahead: combine brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add toffee bits; mix well. Cover and chill. Combine juice and apples in a bowl; toss well. Drain apples and place in a Ziploc bag; seal and chill. Serve when convenient.
