- 1 c cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 c classic chicken stuffing mix
- 1 c celery (chopped)
- 1 c onion (chopped)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c chicken broth
Sauté celery and onion in 2 tbs butter, then add remaining butter to melt. Add stuffing mixes to butter mixture, add chicken broth, and toss. Stuff the turkey loosely.
