The showers were not cleaned. Our cabin was downhill so we had to sleep with our head at the foot of the bed. For the money that you spend for a cabin, it should be well maintained.

The location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone. The showers were nasty. The mosquitoes eat you up as if you are a buffet bar. The fudge was delicious. This KOA doesn’t live up to being a Holiday KOA.

The campground was very busy but great. The spots were nice. Lots of trees for privacy. So close to West Yellowstone and the west gate for Yellowstone National Park. The store has everything you could possibly need.

Trouble with cable. Paid for a perimeter site. Went to front desk for help….sent me to some other people. They had no idea what the heck to do. BIG BRUSH OFF….SO If asked I brush you off….

Park was nice, our spot was large, great swing. Fire pit in the worst possible location in a hill. Some staff a little short and irritable. Laundry facility was nice. Showers were gross.

Terrific, friendly staff. Very quick to help at the check-in desk. A nice surprise was the cabin stocked with fresh linens and towels. We hadn't expected that and brought our own. Just a nice surprise. The fresh cooked breakfasts and dinners are really, really good.

We totally love KOA Yellowstone ! Everyone was very friendly. Yellowstone west is 10 min away. We’re definitely going back next year. They have 10% military discount l. Marine family �

Nice campground with a lot of shade. Our site was level gravel site. Many amenities with clean bathrooms/showers. Easy access to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone entrance. Friendly staff. Store was stocked with many products ranging from groceries, snacks, souvenirs, RV products.

We were there for about a week, the staff is fantastic and helpful, and the grounds are kept clean. I wish the sites were a little bigger between campers. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a mosquito infested swamp. It was supposed to be a 30amp site but only had 50 amp connection, I was lucky I had an adaptor. The site was muddy with standing water and almost no rock. I was on a 5 week trip and stayed at 16 locations, 7 were KOA’s this was by far the worst.

We come every year and love it. I can't wait to be able to book labor day weekend 2024. I would say one thing with the fudge, I had a girl who is allergic to nuts and couldn't eat any due to the mixing of stuff used to cook it and serve it. If you could make some that is allergen free that would be awesome

I booked our site in January and when we got there they gave us a wide open site with no trees and close to the highway and the grass was long , the picnic table was all rough and burnt on the top. We were hoping booking further ahead should maybe get a site with trees. I like campgrounds where you can pick your site. We really liked the pool and the rest of the sites where there were trees.

Sites were basically on top of each other. Showers did not have hot water one of the days. Left early.

Hi - I think you need to put the "Shower before entering the pool" sign on the front door of the pool and point out more clearly that there are showers available. We had no idea there was a bathroom there until the 2nd time in the pool. Also, I think the campground should be more strict on these big RVs and motorhomes firing up before 7 am. It was like all these generators went on. Very noisy!

Our tent site was in a tiny corner at the end of a row of campers/RVs, under a streetlight, and our fire pit was very close to the neighbor's sewer hookup. We felt like you are just trying to make as much money as possible. We made the most of it.

The lack of Wi-Fi was obnoxious and unsafe when diagnosing trailer repairs. Along with the lack of help from the front office when seeking to move spots to be closer to family, even when requested prior to our visit. The deluxe patio spot was tight and not deluxe at all. Very disappointed.

OK site, but a little too much activity for my liking. Felt like camping in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Great people, and good site, it was quite at night. Not bad considering time of year and clientel

The park was clean, and the sites were pretty well spread apart. Our site was fairly level. The park roads are pretty narrow. The utilities worked well. Unless you're really close to the entrance, there's no WIFI to speak of. They really need to install some WAPs throughout the park. The staff were nice, and the location is convenient to town and the west gate of Yellowstone.

It’s a nice place! But gophers were interesting and seemed like a ton of them at our cabin by the dumpsters and cook station.

My mediocre rating is based on 3 points/issues: -the so called deluxe site, not so much. So close to the adjacent rv, patio swing would hit their slide out. -after set up, mower guy decided to mow around our spot. Dust everywhere. 3) weed eater guy chose to weed eat throwing grass and debris on my rv. At $150+ per night, not a deluxe site in my mind. Will pick a diff location next visit.

Didn’t care the area of our site. Too noisy, too congested all the time. Neighbors hung their laundry on their awning rails all day - tacky. Neighbors started their campfires with loads of lighter fluid (dangerous!) then they left their car half hour later for the evening with their fire still burning. No one patrols sites

The park was packed like a bunch of sardines. All the sites were on top of each other. The website states that there was WiFi service. When I inquired about such I was told they had just aquired the site. However, when I booked the stay 9-10 months in advance, they reported WiFi service. They have international workers that speak little English. Showers were hot and clean!

The stay was pleasant and in a great location for visiting YNP. Food on site was great for convenience, activities were plentiful, cabin was good for the two of us. Cons: shower in cabin was super small -if you are only 5’ 3” there is no way to escape water being hosed in your face. And one of the front desk workers was kinda rude, which isn’t the kind of thing you want to deal with on vaca

Site had very little room for parking tow vehicle; no WiFi, a known condition at far end of park, not revealed until we signed in; dust constantly raised by camp vehicles speeding to and from northern crew quarters bldg.; waste water pond, heavy mosquito presence; fire pit buried, no air from bottom=smokey fire( all other fire pits around were above ground; not worth $147/night

We were placed with tent space right next to the main road. It rained and the space had water under it, with a big puddle outside. Noisy, wet, miserable, and we were unable to change spaces. The other couple in our party had a trailer with a huge puddle right outside the door. The only fix provided by the park was a wooden pallet, so they had to jump acrosss the puddle to the pallet.
