Nice clean cabin to stay inn. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Staff was really nice and the pancake breakfast was great! Have stayed here before and will do so again. Thank you!

We had a great time. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast and dinner food was exceptional. The campground was packed. That’s to be expected near Yellowstone Park, though. It rained so we did cut the visit short. Still a fun stay.

Everything was good except our site when it rained was a mug hole. Everything that I had outside was muddy, so it was hard to packup to leave. I left my outside rug there because it was so muddy that I could not roll it up to take it with me when we left.

I love staying here. My only complaint is that the bathrooms, especially the showers, are always dirty.

The front office lady who checked us in was very friendly. The KOA is clean and huge!! About 5 mins from the West Yellowstone gate. Great place to stay. Will definitely be back.

Campground site are not level. The one we were assigned to was very uneven and difficult to level our motorhome. Noticed that several site were also like this. This campground also flooded due to rain.

For as much money as it was a night, our site should not be a mud and water hole. It was a mess, we had to put our patio mat down so we didn't have to walk through mud, very disappointing. Now our mat is a mess.

It rained and our site was flooded along with many others. The crew did try to pump out sites, but were unsuccessful. Water drainage is badly needed for lower part of campground. Also, Cable is advertised on line, but only available at premium sites. Clarification on KOA website is needed. At $95 per night, Cable should be included.

when I arrived, I asked if I can place close to the washroom because I have disability he said no it’s impossible. Three hours later some other lady came by said I can have it very close to the bathroom and I’m still laying down your campsite and a.m. Redwood KOA absolutely awful. I don’t think I want to be memory bad experience.

Horrible. We had to sleep in our car, no one advised us or the bear attacks, half of the laundry machines were broken, the sites were broken down, close together and beat. Makes me want to avoid KOAs completely in the future. Boooooo.

We had a lovely cabin to stay in. We were pleased with it. There could be more hooks for hanging clothes and maybe small table to set things on. But it had all that we needed. We loved the little porch! The loation was nice and close to Yellowstone Park where we spent most of our time. The pool came in handy on a rainy day. The coffee shop and ice cream were a hit. Thank you !

We had a late check in, after hours, so I was very appreciative of them accommodating us by leaving keys to our cabin on front office window. Very friendly staff who was helpful in every way.

Our tent site had poor drainage and after a minor rain shower we had 6-8 inches of standing water across 75% of our site. Neighboring site was worse and that group ended up leaving and going to a hotel, which we ended up doing as well. Maintenance personnel were trying to pump out the area and this seemed to be a common practice here. I feel like we should’ve been warned that this might happe

We really enjoyed our time at this koa! The indoor pool was a very welcomed break from the sun after a long day. My kids enjoyed the gaga pit and playground area so much. My only complaint was that I wish the tent sites had more shade. Other than that, the campground was great! And we will be back!

I liked that we were next to a field on out skirts of camp. i would have to say that the kids on the sit down bikes were a bit much. I know they are fun, but very un-safe.

Very nice campground. We had a deluxe patio hookup spot. Not very level at all. Took long time to get travel trailer level and set up. 2 washers and half the dryers were out of order. Mildly inconvenient but not a major issue. Just had to wait your turn cause lots of people doing laundry on a Monday. The staff was super nice. I highly recommend the bison burger there.

The staff are great, all very helpful, cheerful and informative. However, the campground itself is very overpriced, not at all good value. Even with the pool and facilities (which are all aging), USD 140 per night is far too expensive for an RV stay.

Most other guests are the type you don’t want camping around obnoxious had at LEAST a dozen other guests just walk right through our site Fire pits are 10ft from others The playground sand is like kitty litter and makes you filthy and it’s all over the baby play structure Too many kids on the jump pad Not enough washing machines and dryers 4 of the dryers out of order Bath/showers old

Great place to stay! A lot more people than I expected. Fun activities for the kids and the pool was a good size! I'm sure we'll be back!

I stayed here site 30 end of July for 9 nights. Wonderful visit. Has to be the best staffed business of any kind that I have interacted with since start of covid. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Camp is great. Everything well attended too and kept up. My Starlink had great service so I didn’t try Wi-Fi. Totally impressed with entire operation. Definitely will come back.

Enjoyed it and the grandkids loved the jump pads. Would recommend requiring parents to supervise those kids on the cycles. We almost hit one with our vehicle and another almost hit us while we were walking. Well-stocked c-store and clean bathrooms.

This park had a lot to offer. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that they advertise WIFI, but do not let you know that it will only come in at the Lounge. You don't get it at your site.

We loved having so many options for the kids. Between the pedal carts, inflatable jumping pad, and the pool, they always had something to do. Thanks for helping make our vacation great!

When I made my reservation, the text on that clearly said it would be on the east side by the pool. We ended up near the tent camping area with a tent camper on both sides of us and a long walk to the pool. The pool water was always a cloudy, milky color. Other than those 2 items, everything was the usual KOA quality. Grandson loved the jump pad and the nightly ice cream. Breakfast was pretty good

Friendly welcoming staff. The bathrooms and showers were clean. We had a nice two room cabin with a fire pit and picnic table. We took our own grill and camp stove. We used the area to wash our dishes that also had stove top. We did not use the stove top. But the sinks had hot water therefore we had clean dishes. Close to the west gate entrance.
