Big lots clean park

Camped for the weekend. Roads leading into campground should be fixed. Very large holes in road. Internet very weak and cable didn’t work. Then they gave us a box for cable and that never worked. Jumping pillow was broke. At KOA we pay more for the Amenities and they fail short. Family stayed in cabin and the air conditioner didn’t cool cabin, hole in floor, no tv in bedroom. We expect more fr

We just stayed for two nights in order to visit Ash Falls Fossils. It was very convenient for a short stay like that.

Loved this park. Lots of big trees, country setting but close enough to town for easy shopping. The locals parked next to us were having a birthday party for their 10 year old daughter. They warned us that with 13 little girls it could get rowdy but the park was big enough and plenty of activities to keep them busy. We stayed 3 nights and will do it again.

Don was very welcoming in the office and let us early check in bc my band was playing earlier than expected for the street dance. Everything was clean and well kept and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the relaxation and the pool for our little girl!

Decent place to stay. Worker seemed hesitant to trim a couple of tree limbs that would interfere with one of our slideouts, but ultimately did it.

The facilities were nice pool, shower room. The overall vibe seemed low budget. Lots of kids, people cursing and yelling, dogs barking and overall not impressed.

Always enjoy the KOA, facilities are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Family enjoys the pool and park areas.

We had a good stay and liked the campground. However, we were surprised to see the number of seasonal sites there and some that were not kept up very well. We also would have appreciated it if someone had guided us to our spot.

Excellent facilities . Superb hosts. Close to water and fishing. Archery Range. Not far from downtown Yankton with stores and places to eat. Hospital less than 5 miles away. Is a yearly place to stay for us.

The park was very quiet BUT roads needed gravel, had to have employee pry sewer cap off to hook up RV sewer hose. Picnic tables warped and in need of paint, site was weed covered, the bathrooms were immaculate though. KOA points for our stay showed 0 - called Billings Hdqtrs, they called Yankton to advise we were still shown as being there….

Friendly staff, easy access but far enough from the highway that it was quiet. Campsites not crammed on top of each other. Restrooms and showers very clean. Cable TV is included, but you need to ask for a set top box. Gravel roads in the campground have some good sized dips. Recent rains filled them up with water so not sure how deep.

Huge thanks to Don for answering my midnight call searching for a campsite in the heatwave. We thought our power source would allow us to boondock, but it didn't. He very kindly told us to come over and we could check in the next morning. You were a lifesaver!! Thank you!
