Fantastic experience all weekend from check in to check out. Friendly attentive staff. Very dog friendly! One of cleanest KOAs we’ve stayed at the past 4 years. Thank you all! Definitely back next year!

Our pull through campsite was very clean and the driveway was level. It was about a mile from downtown Dells very convenient.

Great location & easy access to Dells attractions. Female check-in clerk could use some customer relations training, borderline rude! Watch out for kids riding motorized cycles down the hill unsupervised. The new owners cut trees & jammed cottages in every possible square foot of the once roomy park.

Trains! Five in one night from 11 pm-6 am — very irritating. We were in spot #2 right across the road from the tracks. This certainly wasn’t relaxing. Even napping during the day was impossible with 3 trains going thru at that time. These front spots shouldn’t be booked. The noise was terrible. Make a parking lot there. Every employee was incredibly nice and answered all our questions about the area. The campground was very clean and well taken care of. It was so nice to see several employees around if you needed anything or cleaning up.

The staff and park were excellent. However, it is located right next to a high speed railway. Trains were running throughout the night. That made it hard to get a good nights rest.

The bathrooms are my only complaint... You need somewhere to set dry things like clean and dirty clothes while showering. There was only one little shelf to set all my items. Or leave them on the super wet floor. There are hooks on the wall, but some items don't hang well, then they end up on the dirty wet floor. It would also be nice if there was somewhere in the shower to set your shower things.

Great shady spots. Extremely organized check in process and they even help you back in to your spot. Delicious pancake breakfast on Saturday and all proceeds go to help kids with cancer enjoy summer camps.

Trains go through so often that you hardly notice...Hahahaha!! It's actually a very nice campground. VERY close to all the action in the Dells. It does have a train track right there but I didn't think it was so bad. Certainly didn't keep me awake at night. :-) Staff was SUPER friendly. I would recommend. :-)

I truly liked the friendliness of the contact workers at KOA and there were programs ongoing that tended to keep us busy. The pool area was very nice and our 7-year-old grandson couldn't get enough of it! Sure I'd recommend staying there to my friends! Prices were a little high but I guess we'll have to get used to that.

At reception, we were greeted kindly with smiles, and all my questions were answered. The campsite was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed the stay, Trixie too! Thank you!

Great place with easy access to Dells attractions. The campgrounds were well kept and spaced well. The staff were helpful, friendly and the camp store was well stocked. The pool, playground and pet areas were clean and neatly organized. One of our favorite KOAs!

This is the worst KOA we have found so far!!! It is right next to train tracks so you hear and feel trains going all hours of the night and day, sites are extremely small, the staff lied to us when we asked questions, and the information in the KOA directory is inaccurate (there is no shuttle)! WILL NOT recommend this KOA to ANYONE! EVER!!!!

We only stayed 2 night. Sites are very close to each other. We could not extend our awning. Slide out was only a couple of feet from the next trailer. Bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Glad they escort you to your site.

We stayed 2 nights with our two grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay. The kids love the pool and the park and it is close to all the Dells activities

The dog park is a bit small. A worker was rude to my wife telling her to get off the site next to us, she was using the picnic table, because someone could be pulling in any moment. They pulled in 2 days later. Otherwise, we like it.

We've stayed here multiple times. This is a clean, family friendly location with nice staff. Bathrooms are great! This location is perfect for those that want the tourist attractions of the Dells, without being able to see it or hear it from the KOA. While we wouldn't use them, the new cabins being installed look like they will be very comfortable.

Seeing as it was my first KOA stay since I was a kid and stayed at one nearby my home in Dayton OH. I wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary. But i was pleasantly surprised with the amount of communication they have with their campers and the amount of services they offered. It makes me want to rethink THW ENTIRE KOA brand. Good job Guys/Gals!

Well maintained grounds and clean facilities from bathrooms to showers to laundry rooms. The staff and team may have been one of the friendliest and most helpful group I've run across yet. Will definitely return.

We were on N18. The site was all sand and silt with no grass. Made for a very dirty experience. The freight trains did not make things better. However, all of the employees were great. The store was very nice as well. If we go back, we will definitely try to get a site near the back of the property to distance ourselves from the railroad tracks.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dells. This KOA has a lot of spots taken up by cabins. Some RV sites are very close.

Typically family-oriented KOA. Clean, friendly, good amount of amenities. This one was uncharacteristically expensive, which normally we would’ve passed up, but we were in a pinch for accommodations. Bizarre focus in the policies an the Confederate flag, but no other “offensive” flags. Too many barking dogs, with no attempt by staff to control, and we were harangued for 15 minutes before che

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
