The Wilmington Trolley Company offers narrated tours of downtown Wilmington in an old-fashioned (except for the rubber tires) trolley car. The Trolley is conveniently located on the historic Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, on Water Street. The tour provides a very complete overview of the historical significance of the area.

The Riverfront Farmers' Market is a weekly market held on Saturdays along the riverfront in the historic downtown river district. The market features local farmers, producers, artists and crafters.
