We loved our stay at Williams! The campground is so nice and the activities are perfect for little campers! We will definitely return! The staff is very nice and helpful! Excellent campground, definitely on our favorite list!

People were friendly, the grounds were well maintained and the restrooms were clean. A great place for families and friends to get together. We can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely LOVED….. this KOA! Our 10YO loved everything about it, go karts, playground, mini golf, trails, bouncy bladder, and even the beautiful rain we got over the weekend. The area is gorgeous. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, professional and just plain FUN!!!! They do a fantastic job. Thank you KOA we will be back�ϋ�

A great place with full hookups. Cafe has the best breakfast in town. A hundred bucks a night is pretty high, which is why I can only give 4 stars.

We came and stayed from Sunday through Thursday. We were disappointed to find out that a lot of the activities were only on the weekends. We were also disappointed that the pool water was cold.

We stayed here in a motorhome had a deluxe patio site on the outside row facing the pine trees. Nice view and great site. If we come again we want the same type of site.

Very clean, friendly employees, loved your gift shop. I also enjoyed the activities: mini golf, pool, and enjoyed watching the kids enjoy the train ride and hay ride.

Amazing campground. Tons of amenities. One of the nicest and quietest KOA’s we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everything was neat and clean. Pool was great, putt putt golf was lots of fun. Didn’t take a hay ride this time but we will be back!

We had a great stay, enjoying a week in Northern Arizona. I have three items that could be improved. The showers and bathrooms need some work, they were clean but showing age and significant wear and tear. There was a lot of other campers cutting through camp sites, maybe some signs reminding others of camp etiquette. The sewer connection at site 40 is too high, needs to be lowered for proper f

Staff was fantastic. Only downside is how close the interstate is. You constantly hear traffic. Have you considered offering a discount to extend for one night? At the KOA in Santa Cruz they text you if your site is available for another day and they give a 50% discount for one day. Most extended and then left at 6pm. With your proximity to PHX you could market it as drive home after the heat?

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Most KOAs are designed next to the freeways for easy on and off access. They can be noisy though.I am glad you enjoyed most of it.

The staff was very helpful at check in. I needed to change sites and they brought me the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to return to the office. The gentleman that escorted me to my site brought me some blocks of wood ��� to help me level my trailer. I appreciate the great level of service. The fresh gravel on the roads is also a nice touch.

Very friendly staff and wonderful shady pine trees. The amenities are phenomenal for families with kids or adults young at heart. The only thing that we didn't like was the proximity of your neighbors. We are used to boon-docking so it felt a little tight to us but overall would stay here again!

We booked late and had a site by the dumpsters so we had a lot of flies. But we still love this KOA and will continue coming back.

I just wish the go-kart track was open on different days...the last three times I have stayed there, in the middle of the week, I have missed their open days...kinda disappointed about that...but overall, it's a great place to stay...and I do wish you would offer monthly rates...I was told it would be around $3500 a month if I wanted to stay a month...WOW, can't afford that...

We've been coming to this koa for more than 15 years. This was the worst stay and will not be back. We paid for a teepee...that leaked and Jenny had no answer has to what if we had to move. We were there for at least 7 days and had a camp site with no trees. There were others near tp #5 that we could have had with nice trees and close to #5. Horrible stay!!

This was are fourth time staying in this koa the kids love it.They have so many activities to do within the camp area . Bathrooms were super clean with hot showers. Front desk Abby was super nice and even help move me to a different cabin when I asked . Everyone super nice . Area is great super close to go in town hiking trails, Bearzona,fishing lake all within 15 min . Can't wait for next camping trip .

I was able to reserve the last 50 amp pull-through site. Staying 4 nights and enjoying it. Check-in was smooth. We had an escort to our site and given a space close to everything. They have RV sites for all sizes, covered wagons, and yurts. There's an inside pool and two Jacuzzis. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Kids will love this park.
