We love this KOA but the glamping tent was brutal in the cold. We lost power in the middle of the night and had to go stay in a family member’s RV to be warm. If we didn’t have family there it could have been a really dangerous situation.

I have never been to a KOA campground until this trip. Wow! I had no idea! I have taken my kids camping before but we do it rarely because, as a single mom, it’s scary to be in the middle of nowhere in the dark. This is a beautiful alternative. The campground felt safe, was well kept, and had plenty to do to keep the kids active and entertained. I will definitely be back!

Out of this world experience. From check in to the jumping Pillows to the hay ride. The camp site has it all and my son and I had a blast of a time. Go kart was a must and it was heck of fun. Thank you to all the staff that made it possible as well as keeping the facilities open and safe for everybody.

Getting to the spot was difficult because the left turn was by a tree. It was a sharp turn that was hard to navigate around with a long vehicle. I went into the space before the tree and the KOA person got upset and said I had to go around the tree even though it was an empty spot and easier to make the turn. He kept saying no, you can’t do that. I was like, I can’t make the left turn behind t

Stayed in one of the new glamping tents and loved it! This was a cold week and the tents aren’t that warm but the beds are really comfortable and cozy. Can’t wait to stay again when the temperatures are warmer.

Staying in a cabin that did not have a restroom, I loved how the portable bathrooms were heated and kept clean!

Very nice place. We had no trouble however the receptionist was less than helpful to my daughter and son in law they booked a site (big RV) on line. When they arrived told not available. They were given a spot that was too small. My kids looked at map “is this open” No. “Is this open” NO. My daughter checked the web site only to find out these spaces were vacant. So demanded one. Nice KOA to stop at on your way to the South rim of Grand Canyon. Very close to the town of Williams.

Very nice people extremely helpful. Very clean facilities really real organized. This is a very dependable good place to stay. I go to Williams often first time staying here. This is my new place. I’ll be back.

Great place to stay with your family! Loved the ambiance of the park and all the amenities! Big spots to be able to unload a side by side and trails are near the park too!

Although it was a quick one night sleep over, the experience was nice. The online reservation was easy making check-in at desk easy. The receptionist was pleasant. The heater was on and room was warm when I arrived. No complaints at all.

The "glamping" tent was not warm enough even after adding a second heater. Not sure if this is the first year that this KOA has had these tents, but they should not be used as accommodations during cool/cold weather. The campground in general and amenities are fine.

Dog park was dusty, not clean and my dogs could get out under the fence. My spot was directly next to the sewer dump, which stank regardless of what the staff said that “I wouldn’t even notice it. Definitely would not stay again even for an overnight.

Everything was perfect loved the campsite we stayed in I think it was a deluxe one! With the barbeque and picnic tables and concrete ground. Everything was clean restrooms. We will stay here again when we come and visit.

Thank you for an amazing week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So close to several amazing places to visit…Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff and even the small town of Williams with great restaurants and fun shops. We will be back!!

We have been to CP before. This time we brought 5 other families with us. The kids had a blast, the adults had a blast. The staff went above and beyond as always. My awning motor went out and I needed to manually retract it, but I didn’t have the tools to do so. Staff let me borrow the tools without a hesitation. I could go on and on but I am out of characters on this form.

This was are fourth time staying in this koa the kids love it.They have so many activities to do within the camp area . Bathrooms were super clean with hot showers. Front desk Abby was super nice and even help move me to a different cabin when I asked . Everyone super nice . Area is great super close to go in town hiking trails, Bearzona,fishing lake all within 15 min . Can't wait for next camping trip .

I was able to reserve the last 50 amp pull-through site. Staying 4 nights and enjoying it. Check-in was smooth. We had an escort to our site and given a space close to everything. They have RV sites for all sizes, covered wagons, and yurts. There's an inside pool and two Jacuzzis. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Kids will love this park.
