Amazing campground. Tons of amenities. One of the nicest and quietest KOA’s we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everything was neat and clean. Pool was great, putt putt golf was lots of fun. Didn’t take a hay ride this time but we will be back!

We were recommended here by another friend who stayed here. This was our kids first “camping” trip. It was a great campground with lots of thing for everyone of all ages to do. We are already planning a trip for next year to stay here again.

We had a great stay, enjoying a week in Northern Arizona. I have three items that could be improved. The showers and bathrooms need some work, they were clean but showing age and significant wear and tear. There was a lot of other campers cutting through camp sites, maybe some signs reminding others of camp etiquette. The sewer connection at site 40 is too high, needs to be lowered for proper f

Staff was fantastic. Only downside is how close the interstate is. You constantly hear traffic. Have you considered offering a discount to extend for one night? At the KOA in Santa Cruz they text you if your site is available for another day and they give a 50% discount for one day. Most extended and then left at 6pm. With your proximity to PHX you could market it as drive home after the heat?

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Most KOAs are designed next to the freeways for easy on and off access. They can be noisy though.I am glad you enjoyed most of it.

The staff was very helpful at check in. I needed to change sites and they brought me the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to return to the office. The gentleman that escorted me to my site brought me some blocks of wood ��� to help me level my trailer. I appreciate the great level of service. The fresh gravel on the roads is also a nice touch.

This was our second year in a row staying at the Circle Pines KOA. Great for families. Lot's of things for the kids to do. Great location. We are already getting ready to plan our trip here for next year.

It was awesome with kids had so much fun. We expected more trees to provide some shade as well as to add hammocks but the tent site we were in doesn’t have any trees except for one small one. But it was a fun filled weekend at Williams KOA.

Very friendly staff and wonderful shady pine trees. The amenities are phenomenal for families with kids or adults young at heart. The only thing that we didn't like was the proximity of your neighbors. We are used to boon-docking so it felt a little tight to us but overall would stay here again!

Very nice KOA. I just feel that security could have done a little better. We had a neighbor in the tent area that was up very late disturbing our sleeping better. Also the tent sites should be spread a little further apart. We were on top of one another.

We booked late and had a site by the dumpsters so we had a lot of flies. But we still love this KOA and will continue coming back.

We had a great time! Horseback riding at the campground was nice and relaxing.It was great having it at the KOA as well as mini golf. So convenient and saved us time to research a place.

I just wish the go-kart track was open on different days...the last three times I have stayed there, in the middle of the week, I have missed their open days...kinda disappointed about that...but overall, it's a great place to stay...and I do wish you would offer monthly rates...I was told it would be around $3500 a month if I wanted to stay a month...WOW, can't afford that...

We've been coming to this koa for more than 15 years. This was the worst stay and will not be back. We paid for a teepee...that leaked and Jenny had no answer has to what if we had to move. We were there for at least 7 days and had a camp site with no trees. There were others near tp #5 that we could have had with nice trees and close to #5. Horrible stay!!

First time campers and single moms with lots of kids. We had the BEST time. It was such a beautiful place with so many fun things to do. Our kids cried when they left. We especially loved Gina and she was so fun and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Nice place. Love all the tress. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend to my friends. I do have a suggestion for the suggestion box, though. I'm a pickleball player and have many friends who frequent Williams who are also pickleball players. I think adding a couple pickleball courts would be a HUGE additional draw to your KOA. The kiddos are set, but the adults need more.

Everything was great except our sight was near the big garbage cans and we had 100s of flies. We went to town to buy fly bags because your store doesn't carry them and you should. I don't ever want to stay close to the big trash cans again.

It’s the most beautiful campground for RV’s near or in the Grand Canyon. I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but the cable TV channels were poor quality, and the local channels were a frozen screen. The Wi-Fi was sometimes great, but frequently poor or completely bogged down. The sites were often very un-level. I thought the staff was fabulous and the activities for children were great.

Had a really nice time. I was a little worried about the campground being on. Shallow hill, but the sites were remarkably level. They have a small diner that has breakfast a couple of days a week. They serve cowboy sized pancakes. The tall stack should be enough for Canadian lumberjacks and teenagers. The short stack is plenty for most anyone else. Definitely a place to return to.

Wow, the people here could not be any nicer! Lots of fun things for the kids to do. We were here during Easter and they had a great egg hunt despite getting 10” of snow the night before! The property is very well maintained (clean bathrooms and showers!). They have a small cafe for hot food, their camp store is well stocked. I loved being able to communicate with them via text.
