When your office Staff can't get ymup to even say hello practically while checking you in, pathedic. The young man didn't seem to be handicapped, but could barely lift more than a pen for my receipt to sign. Store was a mess. Trash cans were so full for 2 days, I couldn't empty my trash! Never, Ever again would I stay here! Never recommend it either! Take (Holiday) off the sign. Better yet, remove

We like staying at this very peaceful and quiet KOA campsite; we also enjoy the town of Wellington nearby.

The concrete pad and patio furniture was a real bonus. The office reception staff member was friendly and helpful. More attention to mowing is required. When the staff mowed, grass was blown all over the patio sites and was not swept off. The fire pit/bbq grill needed attention. There were cigarette butts and ash from prior uses that should have been emptied.

Stayed just one night on our trip to Texas as it was about a halfway point. We have stayed here before. Plenty of space for our fifth wheel and tow vehicle, and our site was level. We were in Site #36. We came in after the office had closed, We had a reservation, and check-in was easy with directions to our site. We had full hookup with no issues. It would be nice if the sites were paved.

Checked in late but all paper work was present and our site was ready to be used. Bathrooms were clean and well prepared. Thank you!

Dog poo trash was overflowing. Run down golf cart with flat tire has been parked there 2 years now. Main trash overflowing 4 days, a hot mess. Not being maintained well, showers were dirty and half were out of order.

Grounds need work! Trim the weeds. A cart right by main building with flat tires. A rusty trailer right at entrance. And — office closed in middle of day. Had to find our own site. Never happened before at any KOA we’ve been to.

Not very clean needs a lot of TLC. Store closes early. Garbage was over flowing all week-end.Did not see any workers other than the person running store and registration.

It was just a quick overnight. A little pricey for a quick night, but it was convenient. The train noise was a bit much at some times. Nice showers and laundry. Nice little dog area.

Check in and prices was super easy and affordable. 4 stars only because the pool was super cloudy and unsanitary.

Arrived late from a long drive and the bathrooms were locked. Checked all the doors. Bathrooms were still locked in the morning and made a call to get them unlocked (after ~10 min wait). Apparently an "accident" but need to do more to ensure accidents like this can't happen! No evidence bathroom or showers were cleaned while we were there (3 days). Wifi reception at our site was low quality.

Very nice staff. Laundry very clean. Quaint campground. Was a little dismayed when I brought my dogs to the area for the dogs. While the fenced in area was a nice size, I did not like to see an overflowing amount of poop-bags with feces. Other than that, nice place.

TV cable connection on underside of box; almost impossible to reach without lying on the ground. Very uneven interior roads Convenient to I-35

Great spot, conveniently located near major highway, Walmart, Gas stations, etc. BUT...not too close to a large area, so it still felt like a campground. Sites were level, laundry facilities were well maintained. We hope to come through again.

We ended up needing a vet quite urgently while there, and the welcoming town services were near and the KOA was a place we could call home on a dark night.

The Wellington KOA is a great stop off of I-35 south of Wichita. The campsites were level and easy to set up. Showers were clean, fenced dog area was tiny but clean (please fix the gate so it closes!) There is a small pond and a small above-ground pool. Overall a decent overnight stay.

The office area needs to be organized. Walking in, I could see room behind counter area and it was cluttered with what look like blankets. Disappointed in pool, it was very murky water. RV area was nice for overnight stay

This is probably the sixth time we have stayed here. Location is easy to find, the sites are level, easy to get into and the grounds are clean!

My New Favorite "Hidden Gem"! Great People! And, a really Fun Store! I left South Texas in the severe heat this summer and drove Due North until I found cooler weather. That was Wellington and they Parked my 13 yo Fur-Pup under a Beautiful Tree in our Class B and we had a Glorious stay before having to return to the heated South. Thank you.

The cabin, environment & staff were All so wonderful and fantastic. Can't wait to return! The only thing I would hope for is more activities to do on grounds, like a nature hike,etc. Things for all ages of people. There's plenty to do for children... But maybe even a tether ball set up or badmitton/ volleyball set up. All in all my son & I really loved the cabin & our time there. Very relaxing!!!

Sites were larger than most, multiple trees, air conditioned laundry room. All sites are reasonably close to the bathrooms. Plenty of showers, though a couple were closed for maintenance while we were there.

This campground was nice however, because it was late in the season we felt as though the amenities such as the pool, dog park, garbage bins, and lawns were a bit neglected. We wanted to use the pool but it was very murky and the dog park had a full bin of well dog stuff. The garbage bins were overflowing and this just felt neglected. Otherwise the campground on a whole was functional.

Super people. Tree limbs still need to be trimmed back from roads. People in 5th wheels and trailers are not aware that the limbs are rubbing but you sure hear them while in a motorhome.

Stayed overnight on the way to Colorado and was very impressed! Easy access, very clean bathrooms, and very nice staff. Will stop here again when in the area for sure.

The site was ok; more shade would be helpful, even a shade over picnic table would be helpful. The pool was murky; needs better filtering. Bathrooms and showers needed cleaned. Laundry was ok. Check in area at desk very cluttered. Clerk was friendly. Much nicer a few years ago when we stayed there.
