Chishlom Trail Museum
Across the street from the Sumner County Court House, the Chisholm Trail Museum contains over 40 rooms filled with 20,000 plus artifacts and pictures, most collected locally, some dating back to the Civil War and the early day cattle trail that passed west of Wellington.

Wellington is proud to host the Wellington Heat Baseball team., They are members of the Jayhawk league and affiliated with the National Baseball Congress. They will have 26 home games starting May 31, 2013., Stay at the campground and enjoy a home series.
National Depression Glass Association Museum
The NDGA National Glass Museum in Wellington, KS is dedicated to the United States Glass Industry and is the Home of the National Glass Collection. The National Depression Glass Association, Inc. was founded in 1974 with two main purposes: Education about and Preservation of American made glassware manufactured before,during and immediately after the "Great Depression" with a special emphasis on the Depression Era.
